Warranty

All golf clubs sold by Highland-golf.com come with a 2-year warranty against defects.

Shortage / Damaged Goods

Should an item reach you in damaged condition, please contact Highland-golf.com at once. Please do not return broken or damaged merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made within fifteen days of invoice date. Claims must be made with Highland-golf.com. Any products that are defective or faulty due to workmanship or material (outside of normal wear and tear) will be replaced or exchanged without argument.

Returning Goods

Please contact Highland-golf.com for authorisation before returning goods. However, no returns of merchandise will be acceptable after 21 days of the invoice date without valid cause. Returns must be prepaid and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Returns Policy

Highland-golf.com is commited to providing products of high quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund so long as it is new, unused, and in its original packaging.

The following products may NOT be returned:

  • Used merchandise.
  • Software.
  • Personalised items.
  • Special orders.
  • Custom golf clubs.
  • Books, DVD's, and videos.

This guarantee must be excercised within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Highland-golf.com. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.
